Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Soberly. If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we can help.
1. Returns
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, skincare products once opened cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. Unboxing videos are mandatory.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed only for approved return requests. To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
If a product arrives damaged, please share an image/video within 24 hours of receipt. We will issue a replacement or refund after verification.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
