Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Non-Metro Cities / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

(Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and external factors such as weather or local restrictions.)

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• A nominal fee of ₹75 may be charged for orders below ₹999.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional ₹50 COD handling charge.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking ID and courier details.

You can track your order on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@soberly.in with your order number.

In case of lost or undelivered packages, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. Replacement or refund will be processed as per the outcome.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within India.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or restricted zones.

​

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will assist with a replacement or refund after verification.

8. Change of Address

Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
